Drew Month 6

Drew, At a big 16 lbs 12 oz SIX months old you are chubbier, happier, and easier than ever! Coming into this month you are sitting up like a big boy, all by yourself, and this new perspective of the world around you is just facinating to your growing mind. Of course, your favorite thing to watch is still your big brother, anything and everything he does will keep your attention, so much so that you can't even focus on drinking your milk if he is nearby. But you just love mealtimes now, eating at the table with your big brother is another perk of becoming a six month old! You're a good eater too, as of now you've tried things like rice cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas, applesauce, and bananas, and you have loved it all.
Its hard to believe you've already hit the half-year mark, and just how much we love you, love you, love you!

• Everything deserves a "Why?"
• "Mom, What should I do?"
• "But, I cooperated downstairs!"
• "Hiii DDDRREEWWW! Drew, likes me!"
• "Watch! if I sit on Drew he'll Squeak."
• "Its 10 hours" (meaning its 10 o'clock)
• Many made up words (b/c its just funny): "nuke, dambuop, kuke, coke," etc.
• When asked,"What are you going to be when you grow up?" Luke said, "Just like Daddy!"
• lots of singing! (ABCs, twinkle little star, itsy bitsy spider, row row, london bridge, and I've Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas)
• and some new Jokes (thanks to Daddy for making another funny man to have around): "What kind of cheese is not yours?" - Nacho Cheese!; "hey mom?" (What, Luke?)- "I didn't say anything!"; "When does an astronaut eat? at LAUNCH time!"
